Danny Allegretti is a photographer and artist based out of Chicago, IL. Born and raised in the Southwest, Danny’s work revolves around the landscape, the people that inhabit it, and their own personal environments. He enjoys exploring the tangible and objective aspects of a photograph, and the subtle humor found in everyday moments.
Danny has taught a variety of photography workshops in New Mexico, Maine, and Japan, and now mostly works commercially, shooting for clients such as Vogue, Vice, Air BnB, and Solo New York. His current work also includes multi-media projects utilizing a combination of screen printing, illustration, design, and text, that have been featured in exhibitions across the country. When he’s not taking photos, you can find Danny roaming outside, trying unique foods, and over caffeinating.
